ORDERS BY TELEPHONE
When placing your order by telephone we will require the following information

• Goods required (stating quantity, colour & sizes where applicable);

• Contact details either telephone number and/or email address;

• A full delivery address;

• Credit or  Debit card details.

ORDERS BY EMAIL
All orders placed by email will receive a confirmation of order by email.
One of our sales team will contact you for payment.

Quotations are available upon request. Our aim is to provide all quotations within 2 days. If you require an urgent quote,
please let us know  and we will treat it as priority.

If any of the items you order are out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible. We will contact the supplier and
provide you with an expected date of delivery.
If you require your goods urgently and they are out of stock a member of our team will look at all the alternatives available
and provide with other options.
If you order and need to cancel then we offer a full refund service.
